well, i didn't gain... i didn't lose. i stayed exactly the same for my efforts this past week. considering what i ate, i'll call that a victory! :-)

and i will be happy to go home and eat a big salad, and maybe a baked potato. if i ever get there.

and on that note, i WILL finish up the handful of master that i have in mind to get done tonight, so i can be home by 8. which is one hour....
