i was starting to write an entry at work all about how michael had to leave tonight to go on that business trip that was postponed last week... and how i just found out last night.

but guess what? when he picked me up tonight [on that grumpy trip to fedex] he told me their client had not called back to confirm, althought he and his boss had tried 3 times to get in touch....

so they aren't going tonight after all! :) yay! i don't have to be focused here all by myself. yay! i don't have to sleep all alone in our bed [i hate that the most].

i am hoping that they will end up taking this trip next week. because, i will already be gone. and since we already miss each other while traveling, we might as well both be gone at the same time and get that sucky alone time down as low as possible.

so anyway... i'm really happy that michael will be here tonight. and maybe tomorrow even :-) and then friday, and all weekend. i will have to ask amy if she cares whether michael comes over with me on friday afternoon. since i thought he was going to be gone, i went ahead and made plans to stop by and check out her cool "new" antique bedroom set. she has such great taste in antiques. actually, she has great taste in many things. especially anything involving shopping. she is my shopping mentor. [i'm not worthy, i'm not worthy]

but , i digress.
