tapestries on castle walls

where moonbeams play in cold stone halls

i long to live in days gone by

where men still had honor

and never made the maidens cry

to live a life ever after

all of smiles and happy laughter

to never sit of long or sigh

for anything that money buys

but to sit and stare out windows bright

to catch a glimpse of her fair knight

bundles of roses dropped at her feet

quickly forgotten whenever they meet

these knights of valour and maidens pale...

too bad it's just a fairy tale.
