or maybe i should not take st john's wort, dhea, and echinacea all at the same supper. yeah, that might be it.

all i know is that *everything* was funny at supper. and i keep having this urge to yell out "yee-haw".

i'm thinking it is time to go exercise again. did i tell you i did my 20 min on the treadmill this morning? now it is time to do the real 30 min workout. so... here goes, i guess.
